| 1.)All positions can crossover. Say if you are a graphic designer you can also send us magazine scans and so on.
2.) If you think you can meet our requirements to one of the positions below and have time to help us out, please e-mail us As soon as possible. If you have any questions or comments please include them as well. DO NOT sign up for a position and not help in anyway and quit right away. If so don't bother to apply.
3.) Just send us an email with examples of your work depending on what positions you are applying for. All work MUST BE YOUR OWN WORK! Do not send us other peoples graphics, translations, etc. We don't like to get yelled at.Once you done that we can finalize your position if you meet all requirements. When made a team member, send us a mini bio (modeled after the ones featured on the staff page of this site) Don't be surprised if we start emailing you request right away.
4.) We email sometimes very regularly so you will need to be able to check your email almost daily. When you are going out of town, just let us know so we can pick up the slack until you return.
5.) There are no deadlines on when you must submit your work because we don't update on certain times. So you can send it anytime. Just have something to us at least once every two weeks.
6.) You don't have to be familiar with website building just send us your stuff that your position entails and we will do the rest.
7.) E-mails to us does not have to be about Ayaka502 fansite. We like friendly emails as well.
8.) Please do not use offending things in any of your work that would offend anyone. Remember this site is view by younger audience as well.
