Staff Help Wanted

On this page is where we are going to announce staff openings. Please check below and see if you are interested in joining our team. TEAM AYAKA! ^_^ They are in order of what help we need desperately to help we need no so badly. If you would like to apply for any the positions follow the directions in the description and email the info need. We will email you back to let you know if you made the team or not.

Some Rules for "ALL"
STAFF MEMBERS

1.)All positions can crossover. Say if you are a graphic designer you can also send us magazine scans and so on.

2.) If you think you can meet our requirements to one of the positions below and have time to help us out, please e-mail us As soon as possible. If you have any questions or comments please include them as well. DO NOT sign up for a position and not help in anyway and quit right away. If so don't bother to apply.

3.) Just send us an email with examples of your work depending on what positions you are applying for. All work MUST BE YOUR OWN WORK! Do not send us other peoples graphics, translations, etc. We don't like to get yelled at.Once you done that we can finalize your position if you meet all requirements. When made a team member, send us a mini bio (modeled after the ones featured on the staff page of this site) Don't be surprised if we start emailing you request right away.

4.) We email sometimes very regularly so you will need to be able to check your email almost daily. When you are going out of town, just let us know so we can pick up the slack until you return.

5.) There are no deadlines on when you must submit your work because we don't update on certain times. So you can send it anytime. Just have something to us at least once every two weeks.

6.) You don't have to be familiar with website building just send us your stuff that your position entails and we will do the rest.

7.) E-mails to us does not have to be about Ayaka502 fansite. We like friendly emails as well.

8.) Please do not use offending things in any of your work that would offend anyone. Remember this site is view by younger audience as well.

Translators

This position the one that we need to fill badly. We will allow up to two translators. Basically what this position entails is translating Ayaka Articles found on the internet and magazines from Japanese to english. So you have the skill to read Japanese and translate it to English please help us out and apply

When you submit for this position please include examples of your work and also give a good contact email and messenger screen name. We have aim and yahoo messengers. This is to keep in contact.

Once agreed to help and made team member, you can translate articles on your own that you find and we can also send you things that we need translated. Also being apart of our team you will have your info on our staff page so please include some info about yourself so every can get to know you. Also your name will be posted after each translation you do.

Magazine Scanners

This position the one that we need to fill badly also.We will allow up to three scanners. Basically what this position entails is scaning and emailing up scans of magazines Ayaka has appeared in. Be sure when you email us the scan to have it in Zip format and let us know what issue and the date of the issue and name the files in order as they appear in the magazine.Also have a good idea of cleaning, and cropping pictures well. If no we can do that. So you have access to Japanese magazine and can have a scanner please help us out and apply

Once agreed to help and made team member, you can start sending us scans on your own that you find and we can also send you requests on what we are looking to have scanned. Since magazines cost money and its not something you already have you do not need to go out and buy anything unless you want to. Also being apart of our team you will have your info on our staff page so please include some info about yourself so every can get to know you. Also your name will be posted after each images section that has your scans in it.

Downloads Monitor

You MUST watch our links for us and let us know if they are outdated immediately so we can fix it. Megaupload links expire after 90 days if they are not used. So that's what we need someone to watch over them for us. You can upload your own videos to megaupload and send us the links and info on what they are. You may not use downloads from other sites then upload them to ours if they have credits on them. For example do not take Arctic Knight videos. So that means you must include where you got the videos from.

Once agreed to help and made team member, you start watching the links for us and you can send us download links as stated above. Also being apart of our team you will have your info on our staff page so please include some info about yourself so every can get to know you. Also your name will be posted after each videos that you uploaded on your own.

Graphics Designers

This position is open to three people. So that means we will allow up to three people to help us and to graphics for us. What this position includes is making wallpapers, avatars, buttons, banners, sig sets and misc works. You MUST have experience in making these things. As in blending and coloring etc. When you submit your work please have them in zip format and when sending please include at least 5 items of the same category. Like 5 avatars and 5 banners. No less. If you are not sure if you meet the criteria of this position please send an example of your work to us and we will decide if it meets our needs. If you know your not good at graphics then this position is not for you..

Video Subber
Video Translator

This position is open to three people who can help out in this area. Basically you need to have experience in subbing and translation Japanese to english. We have videos of Ayaka that need to be subbed for us and hence the reason for the position. If you feel like you have extra time to help out please do! You MUST have experience in this area. It is a very time consuming project. You will need to either email or send links of your work for us to view. It can not be someone else's work, it MUST be your own.

Once agreed to help and made team member, you can start sending us your subbed videos and don't be surprised if we send you things to sub. There is no time limit on the finished video. Also being apart of our team you will have your info on our staff page so please include some info about yourself so every can get to know you. Also your name will be posted after each video you submitted.
