1. You can use any image in our gallery and only our gallery since we have most of ayaka's photos in there. Getting photos from other sites could result in disqualification. We don't need people to steal stuff from other sites and we get blamed. So stick to our gallery.
2. You must follow the contest topic. Like if the contest requires to to make 5 of this or 5 of that and you submit less then you will be disqualified. We will notify you and you can resubmit before the deadline with the corrected items. Failure to keep doing so we will disqualify permanent for that current contest.
3. You must have a valid working email address to enter and be willing to supply your home address should you win because our prizes we do give out sometimes are sent out to you. These contest are not limited to citizens in the US. Any one can enter and win the prizes!
4. If you the winner one month, you are not eligible for winning first place the next month.
5. If there are not at least 3 people that enter, no prizes will be given out. So try and get your friends to join in so more people can join the fun. If only one to two people enters, they will get a participation award from us.
6. If there are more then 10 entrants, then second and third place prizes will be given as well.
7. We reserve the right to decide if the entry is good artwork or plain crap. You know if your good at a photoshop or not. There will be chances for the non photoshop people to enter because our contest are not held around just artwork.
8. All entries may be displayed on Ayaka502.net. We never will use any entries for profit. Also we will never give anyone your entries. If you see them posted on any other site it won't be because of us. Its because you gave it out or someone stole them from our site.
09. Sorry no flames of any entries are tolerated. If you do so you will be disqualified.
10. You may not for any reason submit anyone else's work. It must be your own! This is not tolerated and you will be disqualified permanently from any contest.
11. We reserve the right to cancel a contest for any reason without notice.
12. You must submit your entry using the email link on the site. Make sure you have "Contest Entry" in the subject line so we will know its for the contest.
13. By reading the rules you get extra points by putting Keira in the subject line next to "Contest Entry"
14. Your entries are now being judged by four people, which will rate your entries on a score system from 1-10 with 10 being the highest. There are different categories to score on. We will email your the score sheet and everyone's opinions of your work. W do not bash peoples work, we give out constructive criticism which mean we will tell you what we liked what we didn't like (if any) and what you can improve on (if improvement is needed)
15. Also if you have a website and enter in the contest please supply the address as we like to link the work to its author.
16. If you happen to win a graphic prize from us and you use it on your website, please do link it back to us. ^_^ Contest ends at the end of the month.
